French Yoga - All Levels

This live one-hour session is open for French learners of all levels. We will take a few minutes at the start to go over basic vocabulary that will be used throughout the session and then dive into a full French immersion yoga experience.

What do you need? No mat or yoga experience necessary. Just space where you can stretch out as well as a notepad and pen if you’d like to take some notes at the beginning of class.
